PROCUREMENT
Procurement phase typically starts when engineering is in its advance stage. Below are the main steps in this phase
- RFQ/Specification preparation
- Invitation to bid from suppliers
- Technical/ commercial bid evaluation
- Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning
- Procurement —–> Expediting ——> Inspection
CONSTRUCTION
- Offsite module fabrication
- Onsite construction of facility
- Follow-up sub-contractor, construction team / monitor construction work
- Development of temporary infrastructure to support construction
- Transportation of material and equipment at site
- Perform work safely & maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning
- Well documented and managed procedures for pre-commissioning and commissioning
- Verification of work/mechanical completion through pre-commissioning
- Perform activities/pressure test to ensure smooth and trouble free Start-up
operations & Maintenance
